"We were stuck using a system for tracking snowplow services that everyone hated. It was a headache for both employees and leadership, and, for all that trouble, data still slipped through the cracks.
We needed a new set of eyes to figure out how to solve this problem. That's where Jonathan and Delta Forward came in.
He evaluated which systems we were already using - Connecteam - and which systems were available to us, and the costs involved. He was able to utilize our existing app, realizing the challenges of retraining our entire crew and training new employees, and implemented a streamlined process for everyone to follow.
He helped with the rollout, worked with all my teams to ensure they understood how to use it properly, and refined the form based on actual feedback from the field.
Now, we have a single form for each service provided, where drivers can attach photos, services provided, weather conditions, and any other details that billing needs to ensure invoices are sent correctly and on time.
He also handled the automation from Connecteam to Google Sheets, where literally everything that happened during a storm (which can get CRAZY!) can be seen at a glance for all of our more than a dozen accounts. Not only that, but the information is available to me in REAL TIME, with pictures, so I can monitor a storm's progress and see how our team is doing in the field. I was able to get this info via text before, but juggling 3-4 of my phone numbers, 50+ contacts, and endless text threads just wasn't working.
Without Jonathan, we'd still be having our drivers send text messages to 2 different phone numbers, then going back through all those messages to decipher what happened with the storm. It just didn't work anymore; we couldn't scale, it was hard to train new drivers, and there was no uniform language to describe what was happening in the field until Jonathan brought his expertise to this challenge.
